1. How do I know which PPE products meet safety standards?
All our PPE, including coveralls, gloves, goggles, and respirators, is certified to meet or exceed relevant AS/NZS, ANSI and CE standards. Compliance details are on each product page, with documentation available on request.

2. Can I get a pre-packed PPE kit for different teams?
Yes. We offer custom PPE kits based on role or environment such as FIFO crews, warehouse staff, or waste-management workers. This ensures faster onboarding and consistent protection across your team.

3. Do you manufacture your own PPE or import it?
Both. Our in-house A&B Safety range gives us control over design, quality, and availability, especially for high-demand items like coveralls, respirators, and gloves.

Yes. We ship to remote, regional, and metro areas across PNG and Australia. We also consolidate freight and provide delivery tracking to minimize disruption.

6. Can I set up recurring or scheduled orders?

7. How long does delivery usually take?
Metro deliveries: 1–3 business days.
Regional and remote: quoted ETA at checkout.

11. Are your catering products food-safe and certified?
Yes. All food service items incl. gloves, containers, wrap, cups, are made with food-grade materials and meet hygiene standards.

12. Can I bulk order cleaning chemicals with SDS?
Yes. Every chemical product comes with an SDS and compliant labelling. We offer bulk formats and can advise on safe storage and handling.

13. Can you provide certificates and compliance documents?
Yes. We can supply TDS, SDS, and compliance certificates (AS/NZS, CE, ANSI) for audits, inspections, or internal records.
