These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the A&B Industrial Group website and all purchases, quotes, and communications made through our company.

By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations & Orders

• All prices are quoted in PGK (Papua New Guinea Kina) unless stated otherwise.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise agreed.

• Custom orders, once approved and in production, may not be cancelled or altered.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to order confirmation.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or withheld future supply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

• We are not liable for delays outside of our control, such as third-party courier issues or customs delays.

• Consolidated shipments may be used to optimise delivery schedules.

5. Returns & Replacements

• Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Use of Products

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure products are used according to relevant safety regulations and manufacturer instructions.

• A&B is not liable for improper use, misuse, or unauthorised modifications to supplied products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product names, and written content — is the property of A&B Industrial Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea.
